Overview
Mealwise is a meal planning and shopping list app made by Scotford Studios. This policy explains what data we collect and how it is used.
Data stored on your device only
All meal plans, recipes, ingredients, and shopping lists you create in Mealwise are stored exclusively on your device. This data is never transmitted to us or any third party. If you delete the app, this data is permanently removed.
If you choose to add photos to your meals, these are also stored locally on your device only.
Crash and error reports
Mealwise uses Sentry to collect anonymous crash reports and error logs. This helps us identify and fix bugs. Sentry may collect your device type, OS version, and a stack trace of the error. No personally identifiable information is included. You can review Sentry's privacy policy at sentry.io/privacy.
What we don't collect
- We do not require you to create an account
- We do not collect your name, email address, or any contact information
- We do not use advertising or tracking
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties
Children's privacy
Mealwise does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13.
